摘要
为了实现宽频段的线-圆极化转换性能,利用超表面的电磁特性,设计了一种新型超表面转换器。该器件由领结型超表面、介质层和金属地板组成。利用CST电磁仿真软件对器件的性能进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明,该器件能在宽频带范围内将线极化入射波转换为圆极化反射波,且在13.6~23.3 GHz的频率范围内,反射波的轴比小于3 dB,相对带宽达到52%。同时,提取了x与y方向的等效电路模型,并从等效电路角度分析了器件的工作机理。该器件结构简单、易于加工,在通信领域具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to achieve the performance of linear-to-circular polarization conversion in broadband,a polarization converter based on metasurface is designed by using the electromagnetic characteristics of metasurface.The device consists of a tie-type metasurface,a dielectric layer and a metal ground.The simulated results show that the device can effectively convert a linearly polarized incident wave into a circularly polarized reflective wave.In the frequency range from 13.6 GHz to 23.3 GHz,the axis ratio is less than 3 dB(the relative bandwidth reaches to 52%).Moreover,the equivalent circuit models in the xand y directions are proposed to understand the working mechanism of the proposed polarizer.The device has many good properties such as simple structure and wideband.Therefore,it has broad application in the field of communication.
