摘要
针对三维电离层层析反演中部分格网由于无射线穿过而无法有效反演的问题,提出一种虚拟射线辅助的三维电离层层析方法。通过在地面缺乏观测站的区域设立虚拟观测站,进而建立一系列的虚拟射线,利用二维薄壳电离层模型结合投影函数计算虚拟射线斜向总电子含量虚拟观测值,有效提高了射线穿过格网的覆盖率,进而提高电离层反演精度。实测数据层析结果与测高仪观测数据比较表明,该方法能够有效反演三维电离层电子密度,且在缺乏射线穿过的区域的反演精度有明显提升。
Aiming at the problem that some grids in 3D ionospheric tomographic inversion cannot be effectively inversed because of there are no rays passing through,a virtual ray-assisted 3D ionospheric tomography method is proposed.By setting up some virtual observatories in the area lacking observation stations on the ground,and then establishing a series of virtual rays,the thin shell ionospheric model combined with the projection function is used to calculate the virtual slant total electron content observations of the rays,which effectively improved the coverage of rays passing through the grid,and then improved the accuracy of ionospheric inversion.The comparison between the tomographic results of the measured data and the observations from the ionosonde shows that the method can effectively invert the 3D ionospheric electron density,and the inversion accuracy of the area lacking ray penetration has been significantly improved.
