新疆哈密市2019年家畜包虫病的监测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为全面掌握新疆哈密市2019年牛羊包虫病感染情况,科学评估包虫病流行趋势以及高风险区域的发病情况。方法:采用剖检和ELISA方法对哈密市牛羊感染包虫病情况进行检查分析。结果:2019年哈密市共剖检牛470头,阳性率3.62%,羊920只,阳性率5.22%;检测羊血清311份,阳性率为3.11%;检测犬粪342份,阳性率为1.46%。按区县统计,巴里坤县牛包虫病感染率最高,伊州区羊包虫病感染率最高。按地理环境统计,山北牧区比山南农区家畜感染率高。结论:与2018年相比,2019年哈密市包虫病感染率有所增加,说明哈密市在包虫病防控方面还需进一步加大力度,采取切实有效的方法控制家畜包虫病感染率增高的趋势,保障公共卫生安全和畜牧业健康发展。 [Purpose]In order to fully grasp the echinococcosis infection of cattle and sheep in Hami city in 2019,scientifically evaluate its epidemic trend and incidence in high-risk areas.[Method]Necropsy and ELISA methods were used to detect echinococcus in cattle and sheep,and related analysis was carried out.[Results]A total of 470 cattle and 920 sheep were dissected in 2019,and the positive rates were 3.62%and 5.22%,respectively;311 sheep serum samples and 342 canine faecal samples were tested,with the positive rates of 3.11%and 1.46%,respectively.According to statistical data from districts and counties,Barkun county had the highest infection rate of echinococcosis in cattle,and Yizhou district had the highest infection rate in sheep.According to geographical environment statistics,the infection rate of livestock in North pastoral area was higher than that in South agricultural area.[Conclusion]Compared with 2018,the infection rate of echinococcosis in Hami city increased in 2019,indicating that efforts in prevention and control of echinococcosis should be further strengthened,and effective methods to control the increase of infection rate should be adopted,so as to ensure the safety of public health and the healthy development of animal husbandry.
