Epithelial-mesenchymal transition of circulating tumor cells

摘要 肿瘤复发与转移是晚期肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因之一。循环肿瘤细胞是推动肿瘤进展到转移的基础,而上皮间质转化(EMT)是肿瘤进展到转移的关键过程。该文综述了EMT在肿瘤侵袭转移过程中分子机制。 Tumor recurrence and metastasis are one of the main death causes in patients with advanced cancer.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are prerequisite for tumor progression to metastasis,while epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is pivotal for tumor progression to metastasis.The molecular mechanism ofEMT on tumor invasion and metastasis has been reviewed.
