保胎灵胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗先兆早产的效果及对新生儿结局的影响

Effect of Baotailing capsule and magnesium sulfate on threatened premature labor and neonatal outcomes

目的观察保胎灵胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗先兆早产的效果观察及对新生儿结局的影响。方法 120例先兆早产行保胎治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用保胎灵胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗或单用硫酸镁治疗。比较两组疗效、血清细胞因子水平、新生儿结局、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率、Apgar评分与新生儿身体质量均高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);药物显效时间、宫缩缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),妊娠延长时间显著长于对照组(P<0.01);促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、前列腺素E2、一氧化氮水平、新生儿窒息及围产儿死亡率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保胎灵胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗先兆早产疗效显著,能有效延长孕周,改善新生儿结局。

Objective To observce the effect of Baotailing capsule and magnesium sulfate on threatened preterm labor(TPL)and neonatal outcomes.Methods A total of 120 TPL patients were randomly treated with Baotailing capsule plus magnesium sulfate(observation group)or single magnesium sulfate(control group).Clinical efficacy,serum cytokine levels,neonatal outcomes,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,overall efficacy,delayed pregnancy,Apgar score,and newborn body mass were higher(P<0.01or 0.05),while onset time of drug,remission time of uterine contraction,serum levels of corticotropin releasing hormone,prostaglandin E2,nitric oxide,neonatal asphyxia,and perinatal mortality were lower(P<0.01 or 0.05)in observation group.Adverse reactions were comparable between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Baotailing capsule and magnesium sulfate is effective for TPL,which can prolong gestational age and improve neonatal outcomes.
