微信平台延伸护理对维持性血液透析患者自护能力及生活质量的影响

Impact of WeChat platform extended care on self-caring ability and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的观察微信平台延伸护理在维持性血液透析中作用。方法80例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(41例),分别采用常规护理或常规护理联合微信平台延伸护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)及Spitzer生活质量指数表(SQOL)比较两组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、自护能力、睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.01),而ESCA、SQOL评分及满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微信平台延伸护理可缓解维持性血液透析患者负性情绪,提高自护能力,改善睡眠与生活质量。

Objective To study the role of WeChat platform extended care in self-caring ability and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Eighty MHD patients due to chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control(n=39)and observation(n=41)groups,and received routine care or routine care plus WeChat platform extended care.The anxiety,depression,self-caring ability,sleep quality,quality oflife and nursing satisfaction were evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)and Spitzer Quality of Life Index(SQOL)and compared between 2 groups.Results Compared with control group,SAS,SDS and PSQI scores were lower(P<0.01),while ESCA,SQOL scores and satisfaction were higher in observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion WeChat platform extended care can relieve negative emotion and improve self-caring ability,sleep and quality of life in MHD patients.
