摘要
在实际使用时发现,扭矩、摆角是导致联轴器寿命降低、效率不高的主要原因.本文根据检测参数以及现有联轴器检测装置的不足,设计了一种立式结构联轴器性能检测试验台.描述了试验台的各个组成机构.在此基础上,设计了一套偏心装置来提高检测精度.提出了一种利用弹簧柱大变形的原理来解决误差问题,并与弹簧柱视为刚性时进行比较,最后经过有限元仿真验证了采用弹簧柱以及偏心装置的合理性.
In practice,it is found that torque and swing angle are the main reasons for the decrease of coupling life and low efficiency.In this paper,according to the testing parameters and the shortcomings of the existing coupling testing device,a vertical structure coupling performance testing platform is designed.The structure of the test-bed is described.On this basis,a set of eccentric device is designed to improve the detection accuracy.This paper presents a method to solve the error problem by using the principle of large deformation of spring column,and compares it with that when the spring column is regarded as rigid.Finally,the rationality of using spring column and eccentric device is verified by finite element simulation.
