摘要 可降解金属是21世纪医用金属材料研究领域的热点,以镁合金为代表的可降解金属在过去十余年里得到大量的研究,并逐渐有植介入器械产品在临床上得到应用,然而镁合金降解速度快,抗拉强度通常低于400 MPa.以锌为基体的可降解金属最近被关注,通过有效的合金化设计其抗拉强度可以高于600 MPa,降解速度比医用镁合金慢,有望拓展可降解金属的使用范畴.本文综合评述目前锌基可降解金属的研究现状,展望该领域尚未解决的基础科学问题与未来应用可能遇到的技术挑战. The research work on biodegradable metals became the hot-point in the field of metallic biomaterials at 21st century.The representative magnesium alloys had been widely studied in the past decade and some medical devices had been commercially used in clinic.Yet the degradation rate of magnesium alloys is fast and the mechanical strength is lower than 400MPa.The recent work indicates that Zinc-based biodegradable metals can exhibit tensile strength over 600MPa and the degradation rate is lower than that of magnesium alloys,which may extend the clinical application category.This paper reviews the new advances in the field of zinc-based biodegradable metals and proposes what is the fundamental research work should be done and what are the technological challenges should be overcome during the medical application in the future.
