导师制在高职教育实践课程建设中的应用反思 被引量:1

摘要 目前正处在职业教育领域发生重大变革的时代,职业学生的发展权利得到前所未有的重视,职业教育专业的发展一方面提升了高职教师的社会地位,另一方面也对高职教师的职业发展提出了空前的挑战,高职院校应为高职生创设利于成长、能激发热情的学习环境。高职教师的职前培养不仅是职业教育,更是专业教育。高职院校特别是地方性高职院校是为当地培养师资的中坚力量,当把高职教师的培养作为重心,以战略眼光注重职业教育专业建设、实践基地建设和实践课程建设。
