In the era of"Internet+",the"craftsman spirit"has been widely recognized by all sectors of society.Hangzhou has made a lot of beneficial exploration and practice for the cultivation of craftsmen and high skilled talents.Combined with the new changes and new developments in the era of"Internet+",we should strengthen the advantages of digital economy and the research on the spirit,connotation and value of artisan workers,and explore the opportunity to play a good role in leading and demonstrating the role of artisans,grasp the craftsman spirit of talents cultivation,seize the policy advantage of cultivating highly skilled talents,and create a good job for training and developing craftsmen.In order to speed up the cultivation of a large number of skilled craftsmen,we need to explore the practice of Hangzhou trade union and make good atmosphere and social influence.
