摘要
为实现对农业干旱的自动监测与评价,水能资源利用关键技术湖南省重点实验室和中国电建集团中南勘测设计研究院有限公司结合自动化控制理论,设计了一套以土壤墒情传感器作为土壤含水量测量传感器、以遥测终端机作为监测数据自动采集的核心、以GPRS通信作为数据传输方式、以太阳能供电作为电源系统的土壤墒情自动测报系统,实现了土壤墒情数据的自动采集、传输等功能。该系统为全自动控制系统,通过布设合理的监测站网,可实现区域土壤墒情连续、实时监测,为区域抗旱防旱决策提供强有力的数据支撑。
In order to realize the automatic monitoring and evaluation of agricultural drought,combining with the theory of automatic control,Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Key Technology on Hydropower Development and PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Limited designs a set of soil moisture automatic measurement and prediction system,which uses soil moisture sensor as the sensor of soil moisture content measurement,telemetry terminal as the core of automatic monitoring data collection,GPRS communication as the data transmission,and solar energy as power supply system.The system realizes the automatic collection and transmission of soil moisture data.The system is a full-automatic control type,which can realize continuous and real-time monitoring of regional soil moisture by setting up a reasonable network of monitoring station,and provide strong data support for regional drought and drought prevention decision-making.
