中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床研究

Clinical study on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床研究。方法选取2017年7月至2019年8月在本院接受治疗的61例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=35)。对照组实施基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医针灸治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后临床疗效及语言、适应性评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后,观察组Gesell语言及适应性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑瘫患儿实施中医针灸治疗,能有效提升疗效,提高患儿智力,改善语言障碍。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of acupuncture and moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine for children with cerebral palsy.Methods 61 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the reseach subjects and they were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=35)using random number table.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given TCM and acupuncture treatment on basis of the control group.The efficacy,language and adaptability scores between the two groups after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Gesell language and adaptability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the curative effect,improve children's intelligence,and improve language barriers.
