雌激素软膏联合苦参凝胶对老年性阴道炎患者乳酸菌环境的影响

Effect of estrogen ointment combined with Kushen gelatum on lactic acid bacteria in patients with senile vaginitis

目的观察雌激素软膏联合苦参凝胶对老年性阴道炎患者乳酸菌环境的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的老年性阴道炎患者82例作为研究对象,以电脑随机盲选法分为治疗组和对照组,各41例。对照组阴道内涂抹雌激素软膏,治疗组在对照组基础上加用苦参凝胶。观察两组阴道乳酸菌群变化情况,评估治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组乳酸杆菌阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后30 d,治疗组乳酸杆菌阳性率(97.6%)明显高于对照组(80.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率(95.1%)明显高于对照组(80.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素软膏联合苦参凝胶可显著改善老年性阴道炎患者乳酸菌环境,治疗效果较好,在临床中有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of estrogen ointment combined with Kushen gelatum on the environment of lactic acid bacteria in elderly patients with vaginitis.Methods 82 cases of senile vaginitis who admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as reseach subjects and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to the computerized random blind selection method, with 41 casesin each group. The control group was treated with estrogen ointment, while the treatment group was added with Kushen gelatum. The changes of vaginallactobacilli between the two groups were observed and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in thepositive rate of lactobacilli between the two groups before treatment. The positive rate of lactobacilli in the treatment group (97.6%) was significantlyhigher than that in the control group (80.5%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the treatment group (95.1%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.5%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Estrogen ointment combinedwith Kushen gelatum can significantly improve the environment of Lactobacillus in patients with senile vaginitis.
