摘要
目的:依据相关标准对国标法制备的尿碘试剂盒(0~300μg/L)测定尿碘含量的结果进行不确定度评定。方法:建立数学模型,量化尿碘检测中曲线拟合、重复性测量、回收率、移液器、试剂盒等方面的不确定度分量。结果;尿碘盲样的碘含量为146.2μg/L,其扩展不确定度为6.8μg/L(P=95%,k=2),其中由移液器、回收率、试剂盒引入的不确定度较大。结论:为保证检测结果的准确性、减少不确定度,需定期校准移液器,增加平行样测定次数,同时保证试剂盒的稳定性和灵敏度。
Objective:According to the relevant standards,the uncertainty of the results of the determination of urinary iodine by the national standard urinary iodine Kit(0~300μg/L)was evaluated.Methods:Establish a mathematical model to quantify the uncertainty components of curve fitting,repeatability measurement,recovery rate,pipette,kit,etc.Results:The iodine content of urine iodine blind sample is 146.2μg/L,and its expanded uncertainty is 6.8μg/L(P=95%,k=2),among which the uncertainty introduced by pipette,recovery rate and kit is large.Conclusions:In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results and reduce the uncertainty,it is necessary to calibrate the pipette regularly,increase the number of parallel sample tests,and ensure the stability and sensitivity of the kit.
