摘要
研究目的:济南铁路枢纽是全国路网性枢纽之一,随着石济客专和济青高铁的开通,枢纽衔接各线路客货运通过能力得到大幅提升,而枢纽内客货交叉干扰严重,点线能力不匹配的问题依然突出。郑济高铁作为路网干线铁路,在国家中长期铁路网中具有重要地位,其引入将重构济南铁路枢纽的客运站分工、运输组织及济南市整体城市格局。为优化济南铁路枢纽客货运布局,实现"点线能力协调、客内货外、客货分线"的运输格局,有必要对郑济高铁引入济南铁路枢纽方案进行深入研究。研究结论:(1)郑济高铁引入济南铁路枢纽应遵循通道顺直、客运深入市区、客货分线的原则,引入线路尽量考虑接入既有站,充分利用既有线及相关设施,节省投资、方便管理;(2)济南铁路枢纽将形成以济南站、济南西站、济南东站为主要客运站,大明湖站为辅助客运站的"三主一辅"客站格局;(3)济南铁路枢纽将逐步形成普速铁路、客运干线铁路、城际铁路和城市轨道交通"四网"并存的格局;(4)本研究成果对未来规划线路引入济南枢纽后客运系统布局、枢纽改扩建方案具有较好的借鉴作用。
Research purposes: Ji'nan railway hub is one of the national road network hubs. With the opening of Shijiazhuang-Ji'nan passenger dedicated line and Ji'nan-Qingdao high-speed railway, its passenger and freight traffic capacity has been improved substantially. But the mutual interference of passenger and freight traffic remains in serious condition, mismatch between hub and lines capacity is still exist. As a trunk line, Zhengzhou-Ji'nan high-speed railway plays an important role in national medium and long term railway network plan which will reconstruct the general arrangement of passenger transport and transport organization of Ji'nan railway hub, as well as the overall city plan of Ji'nan. In order to optimize the layout of passenger and freight and realize the transport pattern of "coordination of hub and lines, partitioned passenger and freight transportations", it is necessary to study the schemes for leading Zhengzhou-Ji'nan high speed railway into Ji'nan railway hub. Research conclusions:(1)Some principles should be followed for the scheme of leading Zhengzhou-Ji'nan high speed railway into Ji'nan railway hub: straightening the passage, deepening the passenger traffic into the city proper and separating the passenger and freight traffic, the new railway should be led into the existing station to make full use of the existing railway lines and relative facilities, save investment and facilitate the management.(2)Ji'nan railway hub will form a "three plus one" passenger station structure with Ji'nan Station, Ji'nan West Station, Ji'nan East Station as the main passenger station and Daminghu Railway Station as assist staion.(3)Ji'nan railway hub will gradually form the pattern of "four networks" of ordinary-speed, passenger-dedicated railway, inter-city railway and urban rail transit.(4)The research result can provide a good reference for the building program of passenger system layout and hub expansion plan after introducing other planning lines.
