摘要
利用尾矿和工业固废采用“两步煅烧法”制备生态陶瓷透水砖。结果表明:以铝矾土尾矿为主要原料,破碎球磨后造粒并煅烧制备高强骨料,加入适量高温粘结剂。在铝矾土尾矿为85 wt%、花岗岩废料8 wt%、氟化钙污泥3 wt%、成型压力10 MPa、烧成温度1140℃、保温时间2 h条件下制备透水砖。其体积密度为1.95 g/cm^(3)、吸水率14.30%、透水系数13.2×10^(-2) cm/s、抗压强度40.4 MPa。符合JC/T945-2005行业标准,可作为“海绵城市”路面铺装材料,为尾矿和工业固废资源化利用提供了新的途径。
In this paper,tailings and industrial solid waste are used to prepare ecological ceramic permeable bricks by the "two-step calcination method".The results show that using bauxite tailings as the main raw material,crushing and ball milling,pelletizing and calcining to prepare high-strength aggregates,adding an appropriate amount of high-temperature binder,the permeable brick is prepared under the conditions of bauxite tailings content is 85wt%,granite waste is 8wt%,calcium fluoride sludge is 3 wt%,molding pressure is 10 MPa,firing temperature is 1140℃,and holding time is 2 h.Its bulk density is 1.95 g/cm^(3),water absorption rate is 14.30%,water permeability coefficient is 13.2×10^(-2) cm/s,compressive strength is 40.4 MPa,which complies with JC/T945-2005 industry standard and can be used as a pavement material for "sponge city".This provides a new way for the resource utilization of tailings and industrial solid waste.
