中药贴敷干预治疗温区急进寒区部队胃部疾病的研究分析

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine application intervention in gastric diseases for combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area

目的:针对温区急进寒区部队官兵胃部疾病高发的情况,全面分析诱因,研究使用中药贴敷干预治疗寒区部队官兵胃病。方法:深入基层调查研究、详细问询、归纳梳理,分析中药贴敷在临床中治疗胃部疾病的优势并应用于临床。结果:中药贴敷具有制备简易、使用方便、疗效显著等优点,可广泛应用于寒区部队官兵的胃病治疗。结论:通过综合分析寒区部队官兵胃病的成因,结合中药贴敷的发展应用,辨证施治,总结出中药贴敷对胃部疾病治疗的经验做法。

Objective:To explore the causes of gastric disease and the traditional Chinese medicine application intervention in gastric disease for combat troops ascending to cold area from warm area in view of the high occurrence rate of gastric diseases.Methods:Going down to the grassroots to do investigations and research,with detailed inquiries and fully combs,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine application at the acupoint to cure gastric diseases were analyzed,and applied in clinical practice.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine application at the acupoint was characterized by its simpler preparation,easy to use,obvious therapeutic effect.It could be widely used in gastric disease treatment for combat troops in cold area.Conclusion:Through the comprehensive analysis of the causes of gastric diseases in combat troops in cold area,combined with the development and application of the traditional Chinese medicine application at the acupoint,the experiences and methods of traditional Chinese medicine application at the acupoint therapy in curing gastric diseases are summarized.
