摘要
基于漯驻高速公路就地冷再生处治旧路病害实际情况,系统分析旧料级配和性能,结合RAP性能进行了泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计.根据试验确定泡沫沥青发泡温度为165℃,最佳用水量为2.5%.在此基础上,对掺加机制砂与未掺加机制砂的两种再生沥青混合料配合比进行设计,通过试验确定最佳含水量分别为5.5%与6.1%,确定两种类型混合料最佳油石比均为2.5%.另外对掺加机制砂与否的两种不同类型再生混合料的力学强度进行了对比分析,掺加机制砂的再生沥青混合料干劈裂强度和湿劈裂强度均大于未掺加机制砂再生沥青混合料.该成果在漯驻高速改扩建工程中进行实际应用取得了较好效果.
In this article,based on the actual situation of cold recycling on-site at Luozhu Expressway to treat old road diseases,the grading and performance of old materials were systematically analyzed.Combined with RAP performance,the mix ratio design of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture is carried out.According to the experiment,it is determined that the foaming temperature of foamed asphalt is 165℃,and the optimal water consumption is 2.5%.On this basis,the ratios of the two recycled asphalt mixtures mixed with and without machine-made sand were designed,and the best water content was determined through experiments to be 5.5%and 6.1%respectively,and the best oil stone ratio of the two types of mixtures were both determined to be 2.5%.In addition,the mechanical strengths of two different types of recycled mixtures are compared and analyzed.The dry splitting strength and wet splitting strength of recycled asphalt mixtures with artificial sand are both higher than those without artificial sand.This achievement has achieved good results in practical application in the reconstruction and expansion project of Luozhu Expressway.
