摘要
氰酸酯树脂由于其特殊的反应活性,通常需要借助催化反应促使其降低固化反应温度,缩短固化反应时间。在不借助外部催化剂时,高纯氰酸酯的自催化作用效果不显著,催化效率仍是较低;外部催化剂中,活泼氢催化剂、金属离子催化剂应用较成熟,但应用的同时存在一定的缺陷;有机锡催化剂催化效果良好,副作用较小;此外,还有其他类型的氰酸酯催化反应,也在近些年得到了不同程度的研究。
Due to the special reactivity of cyanate resin,catalytic reaction is usually needed to reduce the curing reaction temperature,and shorten curing reaction time.Without the help of an external catalyst,the autocatalytic effect of high purity cyanate ester is not significant,and the catalytic efficiency is still low.In the external catalyst,active hydrogen catalyst and metal ion catalyst have been used well and they have fewer side effects,but there are some defects in the application.The catalysis effect of organotin catalyst is good,and they have fewer side effects.In addition,other types of cyanate catalytic reactions have also been studied to varying degrees in recent years.
