摘要
近年来,由于碲广泛应用于各高精尖行业,其需求量也在日益增加,对碲产品的纯度要求也更加严格,特别是在高纯碲产品中,微量杂质都会影响其含碲材料的性能。因此鉴于高纯碲产品的高质量要求,本文使用真空蒸馏-区域熔融的方法,采用真空蒸馏碲提纯炉,在蒸馏温度为600℃,真空度控制在2 Pa,蒸馏时间控制在3 h时,可使蒸发率达到96.63%,并可将杂质含量降到0.0001%以下,最终将4 N级碲单质通过真空蒸馏-区域熔融的方法制备出6 N级高纯碲。
In recent years,because tellurium is widely used in various high-precision industries,the demand is also increasing,and the purity requirements for tellurium products are also more stringent.Especially in high-purity tellurium products,trace impurities will affect the content of tellurium-containing materials.Therefore,in view of the high-quality requirements of high-purity tellurium products,the vacuum distillation-zone melting method was used,and vacuum distillation tellurium purification furnace was used,when the distillation temperature was 600℃,the vacuum degree was controlled at 2 Pa,and the distillation time was controlled at 3 h,the evaporation rate reached 96.63%,and the impurity content can be reduced to less than 0.0001%.Finally,the 6 N grade high purity tellurium was prepared from 4 N grade tellurium element by vacuum distillation-zone melting method.
