无患子皂苷的提取工艺初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 无患子由于其化学成分独特,特别是富含天然肥皂成分,近年来受到人们的广泛关注。近年发现,贵州省分布有大量的野生无患子树木群,但因受到经济和科技水平的限制而缺乏研究。实验采集本地自然生长的无患子为原料,测定其皂苷含量为20.58%,并与栽培种植无患子作对照,研究用水溶液提取、有机溶剂提取无患子的获得粗皂苷产品,结果发现采用95%乙醇提取,皂苷提取率可以达到67.27%,再采取正丁醇萃取粗皂苷获得纯度达到56.67%的皂苷固体产品。 Sapindus chinensis has received extensive attention in recent years due to its unique chemical composition,especially rich in natural soap ingredients.In recent years,it has been discovered that there are a large number of wild Soappindus trees in Guizhou Province,but due to economic and economic constraints,there is a lack of research.The locally grown Soappindus was collected as a raw material,and its saponin content was determined as 20.58%,and it was compared with cultivated Sopindus.The aqueous solution extraction and organic solvent extraction were used to obtain crude saponin products.Result showed that with 95%ethanol extraction,the saponin extraction rate can reach 67.27%,and then the crude saponin was extracted with n-butanol to obtain a solid saponin product with a purity of 56.67%.
