镍镉电池污泥资源化酸化阶段关键参数实验研究

摘要 选用10%硫酸开展了镍镉电池污泥酸化实验研究。研究表明,用10%硫酸酸化时,混合液的pH值为4,泥浆中的可溶物基本溶解;在搅拌时间30 min后泥浆中可酸化物质溶解完全;用30%双氧水沉淀混合液铁钙干扰物,铁钙完全沉淀析出时最佳pH值为6。 10%sulfuric acid was used to carry out Ni-Cd battery sludge acidification test.The results showed that when 10%sulfuric acid was used,the pH value of the mixture was 4,and the soluble substance in the mud was basically dissolved.After 30 min of stirring time,the acidifiable substances in the mud were dissolved completely.The mixture of iron and calcium interferers was precipitated with 30%hydrogen peroxide,and the optimum pH value was 6 when the iron and calcium were precipitated completely.
