养猪废水治理工程实例

摘要 未得到妥善处理便直接排放的养猪废水进入外界环境后,对环境造成严重危害,且其具有COD Cr、氨氮浓度高等特点,针对上述特点,采用“调节-水解酸化-沉淀-接触氧化-二沉-混凝沉淀-CXM膜系统-分子膜系统”组合工艺进行处理。运行结果表明,处理出水的水质指标能够达到《农田灌溉水质标准》和《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》的标准要求,COD Cr、BOD 5、氨氮的去除率分别达到了98.80%、98.40%和98.74%,处理效果稳定,运行成本低。 The pig wastewater directly discharged without proper treatment will cause serious harm to the environment after entering the external environment,and it has the characteristics of high concentration of COD Cr and ammonia nitrogen.In view of the above characteristics,the combined process of“regulation hydrolysis acidification precipitation contact oxidation secondary sedimentation coagulation sedimentation CXM membrane system molecular membrane system”was adopted for treatment.The results showed that the effluent quality reached the requirements of Irrigation Water Quality Standard for Farmland and Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry.The removal rates of COD Cr,BOD 5 and ammonia nitrogen were 98.80%,98.40%and 98.74%,respectively.The treatment effect of the process was stable and the operation cost was low.
