雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸治疗对肺炎患者临床症状缓解情况与肺部啰音消失时间的影响

Effect of aerosolized inhalation of acetylcysteine on the remission of clinical symptoms and the disappearance of rhonchus in lung patients with pneumonia

目的探讨雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸治疗对肺炎患儿临床症状缓解情况与肺部啰音消失时间的影响。方法选取84例肺炎患儿,依据不同治疗方法分两组,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组联合应用雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸。观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果,以及临床症状指标:发热、咳嗽、气促及肺部啰音消失时间。结果研究组患儿治疗有效率比对照组要高(P<0.05);研究组的临床症状指标发热、咳嗽、气促及肺部啰音的消失时间短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论给予肺炎患儿在常规治疗基础上联合应用雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸,可显著提高治疗有效率,缩短患儿的相关临床症状指标康复时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of atomized inhalation of acetylcysteine on the remission of clinical symptoms and the disappearance of rhonchus in children with pneumonia.Methods eighty-four children with pneumonia were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received combined inhalation of acetylcysteine.To observe and compare the treatment effect of the two groups of children,as well as the clinical symptom indicators:fever,cough,shortness of breath and the disappearance time of rhonchus in the lungs.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indicators of fever,cough,shortness of breath and rales in the lungs were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,combined with nebulized inhalation of acetylcysteine in children with pneumonia can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and shorten the recovery time of relevant clinical symptoms.
