PRP注射对肩袖损伤术后患者肩关节功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of PrP injection on shoulder joint function and quality of life in patients with rotator cuff injury

目的探讨PRP注射对肩袖损伤术后患者肩关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月我院收治的肩袖损伤患者68例,随机分为两组,对照组给予患者类非甾体抗炎药物以及短波和脉冲磁疗等进行常规的治疗,研究组采用PRP注射对患者进行治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,肩关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能以及认知功能等生活质量水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肩袖损伤的治疗过程当中,PRP注射的治疗效果较为理想,患者在治疗的过程当中感觉不到疼痛,并且安全可靠没有副作用,能够有效的促进患者肩关节功能的恢复,同时也能够明显提高患者的生活质量水平,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of PrP injection on shoulder joint function and quality of life in patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods 68 patients with rotator cuff injury in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,short wave and pulse magnetic therapy,while the study group was treated with PRP injection.Results before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the shoulder function score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment process of rotator cuff injury,PrP injection treatment effect is ideal,patients in the process of treatment can not feel pain,and safe and reliable,no side effects,can effectively promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,but also can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,clinical application should be further promoted.
