小儿腹泻中针对性的饮食护理的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of targeted diet care in children with diarrhea

目的探究小儿腹泻中针对性的饮食护理的应用效果。方法将近期在我院收治的腹泻患儿根据护理方法随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行针对性饮食护理。对比两组患者的护理总有效率及各项临床指标。结果观察组患儿的护理总有效率为96.0%(48/50),显著高于对照组的70.0%(35/50),组间指标对比均具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。同时,经比较,观察组患儿的止泻时间、退热时间以及住院时间均明显短少于对照组患儿,组间指标对比均具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在腹泻患儿的护理中实施针对性饮食护理的方法,能够有效改善患儿的临床症状,应用效果显著,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted diet care in children with diarrhea.Methods Children with diarrhea recently admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group performed targeted diet care on the basis of routine care.The total effective rate of care and various clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of care in the observation group was 96.0%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%,35/50).There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).At the same time,after comparison,the diarrhea time,fever time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted diet care in the care of children with diarrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,and the application effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
