滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome with Ziyin Bushen traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探究糖尿病肾阴虚证采用滋阴补肾中药治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月-2018年5月本院糖尿病肾阴虚证患者74例,遵照双盲法分组标准均分为研究组、参照组,各37例,前者采用中药滋阴补肾方治疗,后者采取常规治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组总疗效为97.3%,显著高于参照组的81.1%;治疗后研究组血糖水平低于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。结论滋阴补肾中药应用在糖尿病肾阴虚证患者中效果显著,不仅能积极改善病情,还可有效控制血糖,安全高效,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney in treating diabetes kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Method From July 2016 to May 2018,74 patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome of diabetes mellitus in our hospital were divided into study group and reference group according to double-blind method,37 cases in each group.The former was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nourishing yin and tonifying kidney formula,while the latter was treated with routine therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The total curative effect of the study group was 97.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(81.1%).After treatment,the blood sugar level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and tonifying kidney in diabetic patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome has a remarkable effect.It can not only actively improve the condition of diabetic patients,but also effectively control blood sugar.It is safe and efficient,which is worthy of recommendation.
