后牙区单颗种植义齿邻接关系稳定性的探究

Study on the stability of the adjacent relationship of single implant denture in posterior area

目的探讨种植单颗义齿1年后邻面关系变化情况。方法回顾分析2017年6月—2019年6月于本院牙科诊室收治的130例种植单颗牙患者为研究对象,安装永久修复体后采用牙线确认邻面关系是否存在异常,1年后复诊,再次确认邻面关系的变化。对比1年后复诊时近中与远中、前磨牙和磨牙邻接关系状况有无差异,并分析邻面发生变化的原因。结果1年后,发生邻接关系变化的邻接面占69个,其中近中邻面发生率和磨牙邻面发生率各占26.15%,远中邻面发生率占32.30%,磨牙邻面发生率占42.30%。对比结果发现,1年后复诊种植义齿其近中邻面和远中邻面的变化无差异,前磨牙邻面和磨牙邻面对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论单颗种植义齿修复后,其邻面关系概率发生很大变化,因此可通过种植前对患者进行口腔健康宣教的方式较少引发因素。

Objective To investigate the changes of adjacent surface relationship after one year of single denture implantation.Methods A total of 130 patients with single dental implant treated in the dental clinic of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.After the permanent prosthesis was installed,flossing was used to confirm whether there were any abnormalities in the adjacent surface relationship,and the patient was revisited one year later to confirm the changes in the adjacent surface relationship again.To compare the adjacency relationship between proximal and distal molars,premolars and molars at the return visit one year later,and analyze the reasons for the changes in the adjacent surface.Results After 1 year,69 adjacent surfaces changed,among which 26.15%were near and middle adjacent surfaces,32.30%were far and 42.30%were near molar surfaces.The comparison results showed that there was no difference between the proximal and distal proximal surfaces of the implantable denture revisited 1 year later,and there was significant difference between the proximal and proximal surfaces of the premolars(P<0.05).Conclusion The probability of adjacent surface relationship changes greatly after the repair of a single implant denture.Therefore,oral health education for patients before implantation can be used to reduce the risk factors.
