老年体检人群心脑血管疾病患者的护理对策及效果

Nursing strategy and effect of elderly physical examination population with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

目的探究分析老年体检人群心脑血管疾病患者的护理对策及效果。方法研究起止时间分别为2018年1月至2020年1月,从我院体检中心纳入200名老年体检人群作为观察对象,采用入院时间先后顺序将200名患者平均分为两组:对照组(n=100,常规护理)、观察组(n=100,综合护理),比较不同护理措施的临床应用效果。结果在护理满意度指标上,观察组(99.00%)明显高于对照组(88.00%);在并发症发生率指标上,观察组(0)明显低于对照组(5.00%),组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年体检人群心脑血管疾病患者而言,综合性护理能够帮助患者稳定病情,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing countermeasures and effect of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,200 elderly physical examination people were selected from the physical examination center of our hospital as the observation objects.According to the admission time sequence,200 patients were divided into two groups:the control group(n=100,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=100,comprehensive nursing).The clinical application effect of different nursing measures was compared.Results In the nursing satisfaction index,the observation group(99.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(88.00%);in the complication rate index,the observation group(0)was significantly lower than the control group(5.00%),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,comprehensive nursing can help patients stabilize the condition,and has significant clinical application value.
