血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效观察

目的探究血液灌流联合血液透析的治疗方式应用在尿毒症患者中对疗效的影响效果。方法选取100例我院所收治的尿毒症患者作为研究对象,2018年11月到2019年11月为本研究的时间范围,采用硬币法将其分为治疗组和参照组,各为50例。其中参照组患者实施常规治疗即血液透析治疗,治疗组患者给予血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后临床相关指标及治疗有效率。结果治疗前两组患者临床相关指标因子水平有一致性(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组临床相关指标因子水平均优于参照组,两者差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗组尿毒症患者临床治疗效果(94.00%)与参照组(68.00%)相比较高,组间差异性确切(P<0.05)。结论针对尿毒症患者,应用血液灌流联合血液透析的治疗方法,临床治疗效果良好,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods 100 cases of uremic patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,from November 2018 to November 2019 as the time range of this study,they were divided into the treatment group and the reference group by coin method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given conventional treatment,namely hemodialysis,while the patients in the treatment group were given hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.Results Before treatment,the clinical related index factor levels of the two groups were consistent(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical related index factor levels of the treatment group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for uremic patients,the application of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment method,clinical treatment effect is good,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
