乳腺癌根治术的术中优质护理的应用研究

Application of high quality nursing in radical mastectomy

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术的术中优质护理的应用。方法本研究采用我院2018年10月至2020年6月期间内乳腺癌根治术病患共计168人作为主要研究对象,患者均为女性,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者将根据护理手册按照乳腺癌手术护理流程进行,观察组患者除按照乳腺癌手术护理护理流程进行护理外,将根据患者情况进行护理评估以采用优质护理。结果观察组的患者焦虑情况要明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时康复和满意情况均较对照组更优(P<0.05),说明采用优质护理更加有利于患者焦虑情绪的缓解及病情康复的加速。

Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing in radical mastectomy.Method In this study,168 patients with radical mastectomy in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the main research objects.All the patients were female.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated according to the nursing manual and the nursing process of breast cancer surgery.The patients in the observation group were treated according to the nursing process of breast cancer surgery The patient's condition was evaluated to adopt high quality nursing.Results the anxiety of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery and satisfaction of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the use of high-quality nursing is more conducive to the relief of anxiety and the acceleration of rehabilitation.
