人性化护理对胃癌患者焦虑、术后恢复时间和护理质量的影响

Effect of humanized nursing on anxiety,postoperative recovery time and nursing quality of patients with gastric cancer

目的分析人性化护理对胃癌患者焦虑、术后恢复时间和护理质量的影响。方法本研究之中选择分析了2019年7月至2020年9月期间在我院实施了胃癌治疗的54例患者治疗期间资料,将患者随机分为了对照组(n=27)以及观察组(n=27),对照组患者使用常规方式,观察组患者使用人性化护理,在患者护理完成后对比两个组别患者的焦虑情况、术后恢复时间以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及HAMA评分均低于对照组,数据对比后有意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,数据对比后有意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胃癌患者实施护理时,对其采取人性化护理措施可有效改善患者不良情绪,缩短患者住院时间,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on anxiety,postoperative recovery time and nursing quality of patients with gastric cancer.Method In this study,54 cases of gastric cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected and analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=27)and observation group(n=27).The patients in control group were treated with conventional methods,while the patients in observation group were treated with humanized nursing.The anxiety and postoperative recovery of patients in two groups were compared after nursing Recovery time and quality of life score.Results the exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and HAMA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the data were significant after comparison(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,cognitive function,role function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the implementation of nursing for patients with gastric cancer,humanistic nursing measures can effectively improve the bad mood of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
