量化评估策略下的手术室护理干预对老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者应激反应研究

Study on the stress response of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic urology surgery by operating room nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy

目的研究基于量化评估策略下的手术室护理干预对老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者应激反应。方法从我院收治的老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者中随机抽取74例进行研究,时间范围锁定为2019年1月-2020年1月之间。使用随机信封分组法将74例有关患者分为两个独立小组。参比组患者实施常规护理干预,试验组患者实施基于量化评估策略下的手术室护理干预。对比两组患者护理后的手术指标、应激指标以及护理满意度。结果在对老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者进行护理后,试验组患者的手术指标较参比组优(P<0.05);试验组患者的应激指标较参比组好(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度较参比组高(P<0.05)。结论在对老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者进行护理时,使用基于量化评估策略下的手术室护理干预能够优化手术指标,改善应激反应,提高护理满意度,建议使用。

Objective To study the effect of operating room nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy on stress response of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic urology surgery.Methods 74 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic urology surgery in our hospital were randomly selected for study,and the time range was from January 2019 to January 2020.74 patients were randomly divided into two independent groups.Patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group were given operating room nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The operation index,stress index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results after nursing the elderly patients with laparoscopic urology surgery,the operation index of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the stress index of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the nursing of elderly patients with laparoscopic urology surgery,the use of operating room nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy can optimize the operation index,improve the stress response and improve nursing satisfaction,which is recommended.
