摘要
目的观察与分析人性化服务应用于健康体检护理工作中的效果与价值。方法挑选本院门诊部在2018年6月—2019年10月间接收的80例体检受检者进行回顾性分析,按照入院检查时间平均分成两组,分别为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),对照组采用常规健康体检护理,而研究组则在此基础上应用人性化服务,统计并观察两组体检受检者的体检时间、体检效率与体检质量,再比较两组体检受检者对于护理的满意度。结果实施不同护理干预后,研究组体检受检者的体检时间、体检效率与体检质量评分均明显更优于对照组,且该组体检受检者对护理的总满意度亦更高过对照组,差异明显,符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对体检受检者实施健康体检护理工作中应用人性化服务,有助于缩短体检时间,提高体检效率与体检质量,增加受检者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of humanized service in health examination nursing.Methods 80 cases of physical examinees in the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.According to the time of admission examination,they were divided into two groups:the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine health examination nursing,while the study group was treated with humanized service on this basis The time,efficiency and quality of physical examination were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups for nursing was compared.Results after the implementation of different nursing interventions,the physical examination time,physical examination efficiency and physical examination quality scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction of the physical examination subjects of the study group was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant,in line with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of humanized service in the implementation of health examination nursing for physical examinees can shorten the time of physical examination,improve the efficiency and quality of physical examination,and increase the nursing satisfaction of the examinees.
