评价延续性护理干预对老年化脓性中耳炎患者术后康复的影响

Objective To Evaluate the Effect Of Continuous Nursing Intervention On Postoperative Rehabilitation Of Elderly Patients With Suppurative Otitis Media

目的评价老年化脓性中耳炎患者采取延续性护理干预对术后康复的影响。方法选取区间2019年2月-2020年8月,来我院就诊的老年化脓性中耳炎患者92例,随机分为两组,实验组与对照组,术后分别采取延续性护理干预和术后常规护理干预,对比两组护理干预对患者术后康复的影响。结果实验通过对比两组患者的护理术后并发症情况症和术患者对护理干预满意度对比,可以看到实验组患者并发症情况细菌感染率4%,患者出血率2%、继发性鼓膜穿孔率4%,对照患者并发症情况细菌感染率20%,患者出血率15%、继发性鼓膜穿孔率20%,通过对比可以看到实验组患者并发症发生率,低于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者护理满意度对比,实验组患者术后康复护理干预满意度为96%,对照组患者术后康复护理干预满意度为78%,可以得出实验组患者对于护理干预满意度比实验组高,P<0.05。结论老年化脓性中耳炎患者术后康复,采取延续性护理干预,可有效的减低患者术后并发症的发生情况,提高护理干预效果,对于患者术后恢复有积极影响。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with suppurative otitis media.Methods 92 elderly patients with suppurative otitis media from February 2019 to August 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the experimental group were given continuous nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention respectively after operation,and the effects of nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results By comparing the two groups of patients with postoperative complications and postoperative patients'satisfaction with nursing intervention,we can see the experimental group of patients with complications,bacterial infection rate of 4%,bleeding rate of 2%,secondary tympanic membrane perforation rate of 4%,the control group of patients with complications,bacterial infection rate of 20%,bleeding rate of 15%,secondary tympanic membrane perforation rate of 20%The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 96%in the experimental group,and 78%in the control group.It can be concluded that the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion Elderly patients with suppurative otitis media postoperative rehabilitation,take continuous nursing intervention,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the effect of nursing intervention,for patients with postoperative recovery has a positive impact.
