多元化康复护理在鼻肠梗阻导管治疗粘连性肠梗阻的护理效果观察

Observation on the nursing effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with nasointestinal obstruction catheter

目的探讨鼻肠梗阻导管治疗粘连性肠梗阻的应用和护理方法收集我院胃肠外科2016年1月-2017年12月收治的粘连性肠梗阻患者72例。采取随机分组的方式,设立对照组、观察组两个研究组别,每个组别人数相同,均为36例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理方式观察组患者采用多元康复护理。结果观察组患者的临床护理效果,要明显好于对照组患者,组间差异明显,有统计价值与意义(P<0.05)。结论粘连性肠梗阻采用经鼻插入型导管并给与多元化康复护理,效果显著。

Objective To explore the application and nursing methods of naso-intestinal obstruction catheter in the treatment of adhesive.Methods A total of 72 patients with adhesive ileus admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected.Two research groups,the control group and the observation group,were set up by random grouping.The number of patients in each group was the same,with 36 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and patients in the observation group were treated with multiple rehabilitation nursing.Results The clinical nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant,with statistical value and significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Adherent ileus obstruction by nasal catheter and multiple rehabilitation nursing,the effect is remarkable.
