麻醉复苏室中气管切开术后患者的护理探讨

目的研究分析对麻醉复苏室(PACU)中气管切开手术患者施予护理配合的价值及效果。方法回顾性分析本院PACU2015年2月-2018年2月收治的88例气管切开手术患者的资料,对所有患者都施予护理配合,观察比较其结果。结果在开展护理配合后,所有患者的总体满意率好于开展以前,P<0.05。结论在对PACU中气管切开手术患者施予高效的护理配合后,能够促使患者尽早得以苏醒,并提升其总体满意率,值得全方位推行与运用。

Objective To study and analyze the value and effect of nursing cooperation for patients undergoing tracheotomy in anesthesia and resuscitation unit(PACU).Methods the data of 88 patients with tracheotomy in PACU from February 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given nursing cooperation,and the results were observed and compared.Results after carrying out nursing cooperation,the overall satisfaction rate of all patients was better than before,P<0.05.Conclusion effective nursing cooperation for patients with tracheotomy in PACU can promote patients to wake up as soon as possible and improve their overall satisfaction rate,which is worthy of all-round implementation and application.
