体检护理对初次体检患者体检效率的影响评价

Effect of physical examination nursing on physical examination efficiency of patients undergoing initial physical examination

目的研究并讨论体检护理对初次体检患者体检效率的影响及干预效果。方法选择笔者所在医院于2020年9月到2021年1月期间接诊的80例初次体检患者为观察对象,并通过随机数字表法分成对照组40例和观察组40例。在初次体检过程中,对照组患者应用常规护理干预,观察组患者应用体检护理干预。分别统计并对比两组患者的体检效率。结果比较两组的体检效率,观察组体检时间短于对照组,健康宣教评分、体检效率评分和体检质量评分等指标高于对照组,组间存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组总满意度为92.50%,对照组总满意度为75.00%,比较两组的护理满意度情况,组间存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对初次体检患者实施体检护理干预,有助于提高体检效率,优化体检质量,值得在体检过程中积极应用并推广该干预模式。

Objective To study and discuss the effect of physical examination nursing on the physical examination efficiency of patients with initial physical examination and the intervention effect.Methods 80 patients with initial physical examination in our hospital from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as observation objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).During the initial physical examination,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given physical examination nursing intervention.The physical examination efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results comparing the efficiency of physical examination between the two groups,the time of physical examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the health education score,physical examination efficiency score and physical examination quality score were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups,P<0.05;the total satisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%,and that of the control group was 75.00%,with statistical significance between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion the implementation of physical examination nursing intervention for patients with initial physical examination is helpful to improve the efficiency of physical examination and optimize the quality of physical examination,which is worthy of active application and promotion in the process of physical examination.
