精细化护理在骨科手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果

Application effect of fine nursing in nursing safety management of orthopedic operating room

目的探究精细化护理应用在骨科进行手术的患者中对护理安全管理的效果。方法选择98例我院所收治的骨科手术的患者,2019年2月至2020年2月作为本研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法将其均分为参照组与实验组,各为49例。其中常规护理为参照组护理方法,精细化护理为实验组护理方法,并对两组骨科手术的患者护理质量评分、护理满意度以及安全事故发生率进行对比。结果在护理后护理质量评分等方面,实验组护理质量评分均明显优于对照组,且存在显著差异(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,实验组护理满意度为97.95%,而参照组护理满意度为71.43%,二者存在明显差异(P<0.05);实验组安全事故发生率为2.04%,而参照组安全事故发生率为14.29%,二者存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于骨科手术的患者,实施精细化护理的护理方法,能够缓解患者的不良情绪,有效地提高手术治疗质量,可以降低患者安全事故发生率,对于护理满意度的提高有着积极作用,指的临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing on nursing safety management in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods 98 patients with orthopedic surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the time range of this study.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The routine nursing was used as the reference group,and the refined nursing was used as the experimental group.Results in terms of nursing quality score,the nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.95%,while that of the reference group was 71.43%,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of safety accidents of the experimental group was 2.04%,while that of the reference group was 71.43%29%,there was significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion for patients with orthopedic surgery,the implementation of fine nursing care method,can alleviate the bad mood of patients,effectively improve the quality of surgical treatment,can reduce the incidence of safety accidents of patients,has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing satisfaction,it is widely used in clinical.
