优质疼痛护理在肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者护理管理中的效果研究

The effect of high-quality pain care in nursing management of patients with urinary tract infection after renal stones surgery was studied

目的探究优质疼痛护理应用在肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者护理管理中的效果研究。方法选择120例我院所收治的肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者,2017年12月至2019年12月作为本研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法将其均分为参照组与实验组,各为60例。其中常规护理干预为参照组护理方法,无优质疼痛的护理方法为实验组护理方法,并对两组肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者护理后疼痛度以及护理满意度进行对比。结果在护理后疼痛度等方面,实验组疼痛度(26.66%)的明显小于对照组疼痛度(50.00%),且存在显著差异(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,实验组护理满意度为96.67%,而参照组护理满意度为50.00%,二者存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者,实施优质疼痛护理的方法,能够缓解患者的焦虑、紧张情绪,明显提高手术治疗效果,使患者的疼痛感趋于稳定,对于护理管理的提高有着积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality pain care applications in the nursing management of patients with urinary tract infections after renal stones surgery.Methods 120 patients with post-renal urinary tract infection received by our hospital were selected from December 2017 to December 2019 as the time frame of this study,and they were divided into reference groups and experimental groups by random numeric table method,each of which was 60 cases.The conventional nursing intervention was the reference group nursing method,the nursing method without high quality pain was the experimental group nursing method,and the pain and nursing satisfaction were compared with the nursing pain and nursing satisfaction of the patients with post-renal stone infection.Results In terms of pain after nursing,the pain degree(26.66%)was significantly less than that of the control group(50.00%),and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion For patients with urological infection after renal stones surgery,the method of implementing high-quality pain care can relieve the anxiety and tension of patients,obviously improve the effect of surgical treatment,and stabilize the patient's pain,which has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing management.
