延续护理在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注患者的应用效果

The effect of continuous nursing on bladder perfusion after bladder cancer operation

目的分析将延续护理应用于膀胱癌患者术后灌注护理中的临床效果。方法研究对象为我院接收的120例患者,按照随机数字抽样分组法将其划分为研究组(采用延续性护理方案)和常规组(给予常规护理),各60例。观察比较两组患者护理后的生活质量评分及护理满意度,并作分析。结果研究组患者经过延续性护理后的SF、BP、PF等生活质量评分均优于实施常规护理的常规组(t=37.743,3.270,10.004,P<0.05),两组护理满意度比较,研究组显著高于常规组(χ^(2)=11.644,P<0.05)。结论对膀胱癌患者的术后灌注护理中应用延续性护理,对患者精神状态的改善和生活质量的提高具有非常重要的促进作用,患者满意度较高,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous nursing in postoperative perfusion nursing of bladder cancer patients.Methods 120 patients received in our hospital were randomly divided into a study group(continuous nursing scheme)and a conventional group(routine nursing),60 cases each.The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were observed and compared,and analyzed.Results The quality of life scores of SF,BP and PF of patients in the study group after continuous nursing were all better than those in the routine nursing group(t=37.743,3.270,10.004,P<0.05).Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the study group was significantly higher than the routine group(χ^(2)=11.644,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in postoperative perfusion nursing of bladder cancer patients has a very important promoting effect on the improvement of mental state and quality of life of the patients,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of application.
