舒适化护理+个性化护理模式在妇产科护理中的干预价值

Intervention value of comfortable nursing+personalized nursing mode in obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing

目的分析舒适化护理+个性化护理模式在妇产科护理中的干预价值。方法从我院在2019年8月-2020年8月期间收治的妇产科患者中随机选取72例进行研究。利用抛硬币法将72例患者分为两个独立小组(n=36),使用常规护理模式的妇产科患者作为对比组,使用舒适化护理+个性化护理模式的妇产科患者作为试验组。分析两组妇产科患者护理后的情感状况、镇痛效果以及护理满意度。结果在对妇产科患者进行护理后,试验组妇产科患者的情感状况和镇痛效果均较对比组优,且护理满意度高(P<0.05),对比有意义。结论在对妇产科患者进行护理时,不同的护理模式产生的护理效果有所差异,使用舒适化护理+个性化护理模式,能够改善患者的情感状况。增强镇痛效果,提高护理满意度,建议在妇产科护理中使用。

Objective to analyze the intervention value of comfortable nursing+personalized nursing mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods 72 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology patients in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected for study.Seventy two patients were divided into two independent groups(n=36)by coin tossing method.The patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology who used the conventional nursing mode were as the control group,and the patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology who used the comfortable nursing+personalized nursing mode were as the experimental group.The emotional status,analgesic effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results after nursing the patients in the Department of gynecology and obstetrics,the emotional status and analgesic effect of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was high(P<0.05).Conclusion in the nursing of Obstetrics and gynecology patients,the nursing effect of different nursing mode is different,the use of comfort nursing+personalized nursing mode can improve the emotional status of patients.It is suggested to use it in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.
