摘要
目的探讨PBL与CBL联合教学模式在内科医生规范化培训中的应用效果及评价。方法将2018年1月至2020年12月参与新疆医科大学第一附属医院医生规范化培训的231名医生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组115名予以常规教学模式,观察组116名实施PBL与CBL联合教学模式。分析两组住培学员对教学方式的满意度情况及教学内容评价情况。结果观察组规范化培训医生的考核成绩,均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组住培学员的对带教老师能力水平、基本技能操作实践、向高年资医师请教、培训内容满意度均比对照组高,P<0.05。结论在内科医生规范化培训中应用PBL与CBL联合教学模式能有效提升医生的专业能力,对提高教学评价有积极影响。
Objective To explore the application effect and evaluation of PBL and Cbl joint teaching mode in standardized training of physicians.Methods 231 doctors who participated in the standardized training of doctors in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,115 in the control group and 116 in the observation group.The satisfaction of the two groups to the teaching methods and the evaluation of the teaching content were analyzed.Results the assessment results of standardized training doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction of residents in the observation group on the ability level of teachers,basic skills operation practice,consulting senior doctors and training content were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion the application of PBL and Cbl joint teaching mode in the standardized training of physicians can effectively improve the professional ability of doctors,and has a positive impact on improving the teaching evaluation.
