70岁以上老年人带状疱疹的特点及护理体会

The characteristics and nursing experience of herpes zoster in the aged over 70 years old

目的探讨70岁以上老年人带状疱疹的特点与护理经验及体会。方法选取2018年8月~2020年8月本院皮肤科收治的40例70岁以上老年带状疱疹患者为研究对象,并依据随机数表法将其分成对照组和实验组,各20例。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者通过分析患者病症特点进行综合护理干预。分析带状疱疹的特点与护理效果。结果实验组采用综合护理方式后总有效率为100.0%显著高于对照组采用常规护理后其疗效80.0%,结果对比(P<0.05)。结论对70岁以上老年带状疱疹患者及时采取有效方式治疗的临床效果较为显著,并采取综合护理方式,可显著减轻神经痛,改善皮损。

Objective To explore the characteristics and nursing experience of herpes zoster in the elderly over 70 years old.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,40 cases of elderly patients over 70 years old with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,20 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention by analyzing the characteristics of patients'symptoms.The characteristics and nursing effect of herpes zoster were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 100.0%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 80.0%after conventional nursing,and the results were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of timely and effective treatment for senile herpes zoster patients over 70 years old is relatively significant,and comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce neuralgia and improve skin lesions.
