摘要
本文介绍护理人力资源配置的概念和意义,着重阐述二级综合医院护理人力资源配置特殊性、护理人力资源配置的方法、现状以及目前存在的问题。并对二级综合医院如何优化护理人力资源配置及科学、合理的计算工时进行展望,为二级综合医院合理配置护理人力资源提供参考依据。
This paper introduces the concept and significance of nursing human resource allocation,focusing on the particularity,methods,current situation and existing problems of nursing human resource allocation in secondary general hospitals.And how to optimize the allocation of nursing human resources and scientific and reasonable calculation of working hours in secondary general hospitals were prospected,so as to provide reference for the rational allocation of nursing human resources in secondary general hospitals.
