整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of iron deficiency anemia

目的探究缺铁性贫血患者应用整体护理模式的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的72例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,采用平均抽签法分为参照组、分析组各36例,分别采用常规护理、整体护理。对比两组患者实施护理后的护理效果。结果分析组治疗依从性为(94.44%)高于参照组(77.78%)(P<0.05);分析组治疗后血常规水平结果参照组(P<0.05)。结论对缺铁性贫血患者在进行护理时通过整体性护理手段干预能够帮助患者提升治疗总有效率,降低相关的不良反应,改善临床指标,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of holistic nursing model for patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 72 patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects,and divided into the reference group and the analysis group by means of average lottery,with 36 patients in each group receiving routine nursing care and holistic nursing care,respectively.The nursing effect of two groups of patients after nursing was compared.Results Treatment compliance in the analysis group(94.44%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Results of blood routine level after treatment in the analysis group(P<0.05)Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with iron deficiency anemia can help patients to improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce related adverse reactions,improve clinical indicators,and has the value of promotion.
