齿轮轴纵向延迟开裂的原因分析

摘要 齿轮轴是一种金属圆杆状的机械零件,主要用于支撑转动零件,并与之一起回转,从而传递运动、扭矩或弯矩。在加工制造或实际应用中,齿轮轴可能会出现各种质量问题,其中纵向延迟开裂是一种较为常见的情况。本文针对某齿轮轴样品的纵向延迟开裂问题,分别进行了化学成分检验、金相检验、显微组织检验等一系列工作,根据检验结果分析、判断了导致开裂的具体原因,即残余应力作用下的氢延迟开裂。最后提出了针对性的解决建议。 Gear shaft is a kind of metal rod-shaped mechanical parts,which is mainly used to support rotating parts and rotate with them,so as to transfer motion,torque or bending moment.In manufacturing or practical application,there may be a variety of quality problems of gear shaft,in which longitudinal delayed cracking is a common case.Aiming at the problem of longitudinal delayed cracking of a gear shaft sample,a series of work such as chemical composition inspection,metallographic inspection and microstructure inspection were carried out respectively.According to the inspection results,the specific cause of cracking was analyzed and judged,that is,hydrogen delayed cracking under residual stress.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
