本文主要围绕电厂锅炉故障及检修对策展开研究,通过分析电厂锅炉检修的作用,结合电厂锅炉在运行过程中经常出现的受热面结渣以及压力问题,从规范制度以及定向问题检修等角度出发,在日常管理过程中做好电厂锅炉检修工作,及时规避电厂锅炉运行过程中可能出现的各类问题,提高电厂锅炉故障处理质量,保障电厂锅炉正常运行。

This paper mainly focuses on the power plant boiler fault and maintenance countermeasures,through the analysis of the role of power plant boiler maintenance,combined with the heating surface slagging and pressure problems in the operation process of power plant boiler,from the perspective of standard system and directional problem maintenance,do a good job in the daily management process of power plant boiler maintenance,timely avoid the operation of power plant boiler All kinds of problems may appear in the process,improve the quality of power plant boiler fault treatment,and ensure the normal operation of power plant boiler.
