新能源发电企业电厂运营管理的核心职责是统筹各电厂以充分发挥设备能力和市场潜力,多发电量、多创收入、严控成本、多创利润,具体到工作中主要是根据企业核心经营目标建立安全、资源、生产、营销、设备、能耗、成本控制等多级技术经济指标体系和保障制度体系,通过考核引导、督导协调保证制度执行和目标实现。文章结合国内新能源发电行业特点、发展趋势,以某发电企业为例,从电力生产、营销、设备、成本、安全管理和能力建设等五个方面探讨电厂运营管理体系化建设,重点识别、分析了企业现阶段面临的主要风险、挑战和采取的应对方法、措施。

The core responsibility of the operation and management of the power plant of a new energy power generation company is to coordinate the power plants to give full play to the equipment capabilities and market potential,to generate more power,to generate more revenue,to strictly control costs,and to generate more profits.The specific work is mainly based on the core business of the enterprise.The goal is to establish a multilevel technical and economic indicator system and a guarantee system for safety,resources,production,marketing,equipment,energy consumption,and cost control,and to ensure the implementation of the system and the realization of the goals through assessment,guidance,supervision and coordination.Combining the characteristics and development trends of the domestic new energy power generation industry,this article takes a power generation company as an example,discusses the construction of a power plant operation management system from five aspects:power production,marketing,equipment,cost,safety management and capacity building,focusing on identification and analysis The main risks and challenges faced by the enterprise at this stage and the coping methods and measures adopted are discussed.
