摘要
介绍了中速磁悬浮列车牵引需求分析,选定直线电机类型及设计方案。通过建立面电流模型,给出中速磁悬浮列车空心Halbach永磁直线同步电机的具体参数设计。再通过分析不同极距、不同尺寸边长、端部效应对电机推力的影响,初步验证电机尺寸参数的合理性。最后通过牵引仿真计算和模型车牵引试验结果论证该电机满足列车牵引需求,为今后中速磁悬浮列车直线电机的设计及制造提供可参考性资料具有重大意义。
This paper introduces the analysis of traction demand for medium-speed maglev trains,and selects the type and design of linear motors.The specific parameters of the hollow Halbach permanent magnet linear synchronous motor for medium-speed maglev train are given by establishing the surface current model.Then by analyzing the influence of different pole pitch,different dimension side length and end ef⁃fect on the motor thrust,the rationality of the motor size parameters is preliminarily verified.Finally,the traction simulation calculation and the model vehicle traction test result demonstrate that the motor meets the train traction demand,which is of great significance for providing reference data for the design and manufacture of the medium speed maglev train linear motor.
